We are officially islanders!!!

I can say that with out being too upset since we survived our first Hard deer hit tonight!! We hit probably the biggest buck we could have tonight after getting off the ferry and going about 40 mph. If by even just a small jump, the huge buck would've easily gone through our window, but instead it just trashed our front side panel, light and door. (we even got stopped by the police when checking our mail) kind of a crazy night but we are thankful to be alive (although I'm sure the deer isn't) It was sort of a family "bonding" time after our three day Thanksgiving. It was nice to be in Olympia and also to see Grandpa. More photos to come...
