Fun time Skyping Scotland last week. It's great to feel closer in any way we can! Technology is amazing. It's nice to know that when we finally meet wee Thomas in person, he might actually know who we are! :)

With the recent cold temperatures we had an eagle hanging around looking for some fresh water.. or maybe some fresh duck! As long as it's not one of our chickens!
The snow covering the chicken run, weighing it down. It actually held up pretty good this time.

It was tough being stuck inside though!! We were getting stir crazy and we were sort of stranded at our house. Our car is NOT a good snow car and our drive is way steep! Brian and Meredith managed to get up in their Subaru (favorite car here on the island for this reason) but they did slide all the way down! safely.
